Seagull Maritime SWS Mini Jumbo Guitar in High Gloss Beauty & Sound at an Affordable Price The Maritime SWS Mini-Jumbo HG, as with all SWS models, features all solid wood construction with a Select Pressure Tested solid spruce top and solid mahogany back & sides. This guitar provides an excellent full-range of tone including a lively mid-range due to the combination of a larger lower bout, a more narrow waist and slightly thinner body depth.


Comes with a pressure tested solid spruce top The Maritime SWS Folk HG also features a high-gloss Custom Polished Finish. This finish provides excellent protection but at the same time is extremely light and elastic. This is a crucial point in both the sound of the guitar and its ability to age - a thick finish muffles a guitar's vibration and blocks aging.

Beautiful Tonewoods and Onboard Electronics Package

The Maritime SWS Mini Jumbo high-gloss acoustic-electric guitar is made with a solid mahogany body. The guitar's mahogany body produces a strong sound with an emphasis on a mellow, round midrange. The Maritime SWS also features a solid spruce top, integrated set mahogany neck, chrome hardware, and an Indian rosewood bridge and fretboard. The guitar's high-gloss finish provides excellent protection but at the same time is extremely light and elastic. This is a crucial point in both the sound of the guitar and its ability to agea thick finish muffles a guitar's vibration and blocks aging.

Beyond its curvaceous looks, the Mini Jumbo offers a sound distinguished by a strong midrange response, making it suitable for performing and recording situations that call for a guitar that will cut through the mix. Bodies and necks are now matched with incredible precision and the new compound curve in the top provides the additional stability necessary to achieve and maintain optimum neck pitch.

A History of Quality

In 1982 Robert Godin and a few friends produced the first Seagull guitars in the Village of LaPatrie, Quebec. The concept for the Seagull guitar was to take the essential components of the best hand-crafted guitars (such as solid tops and beautiful finishes) and build these features into guitars that could be priced within the reach of working musicians. Of course there
